APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

The applicable law in the event of a dispute or disagreement regarding the interpretation of the conditions contained in this Legal Notice, or for any matters relating to the services of this Portal, shall be Spanish Law. 

AMYPRO and the User agree to be bound by the Judges and the Courts of the place of residence of the User for the resolution of any dispute that may arise in connection with visiting the Website or the use of the services that it offers, provided that this is somewhere within Spanish territory and that the User is acting in the capacity of a consumer.
